This session will also focus on the transition from AACR2 to RDA and will include a demonstration of the RDA Toolkit. Appreciating Differences in People
Many challenges people have as individuals and as groups working together can be dealt with creatively if they are handled with a basic understanding of why people do things differently. These differences, so often seen as obstacles to growth and cooperation, can be appreciated as dynamic assets if approached in a positive way. Caroleigh Garner, Myers Briggs Typology Instructor, will guide you on your journey to assess your Myers Briggs personality type. She will provide you with the tools for understanding, appreciating, respecting, honouring and enjoying first yourself and then all others in your business and personal life. “It is positive and nonthreatening”.

Lunch is included with your registration.
